Since its origin in September 1970, The Junior Service League of Brazosport (JSL) has given thousands of volunteer hours back to the Brazosport Community. The mission of JSL is to prepare its members for effective participation in the community through a program of education and volunteer service. In addition, JSL has a long history of providing continuous financial support to our community through our fundraising efforts. We invite you to join us in preparation for our 2024 Annual Event, Ladies Who Lunch. This year’s event will be held at the Dow Academic Center in Hall D at Brazosport College on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. We will also be honoring our 2024 Sustainer of the Year, a sustaining member who exemplifies the organization’s educational and charitable mission
Over the past fifteen years, JSL has presented over $100,000 in scholarships to students in the Brazosport area. Each year, we present scholarships to women who are returning to school as non-traditional students at Brazosport College. Returning this year, JSL will also be awarding high school scholarships for deserving students in southern Brazoria County. As a financial partner of the JSL, you are ensuring that these efforts continue to benefit our community.
